Our days are hectic and no matter how hard we try to destress, it seems to creep back into our lives. I saw this challenge posted on Facebook and decided to do it (with some minor modifications). I will post here nightly with my results. I am starting on November first and hope some of my readers will join in as well. Click on any image below to get your daily graphic to use in your blog or just comment your results in my daily blogs.
Refresh, Restore, Revive, Renew!
I love it! I'll give it a shot granting permission to myself to not be perfect. In other words, I may not get to bed an hour early, but I will go to bed earlier than normal. I'll check in periodically to let you know how it's going and see how you're doing. Thanks for the idea. #MLSTL
ReplyDeleteGood for you...I am also granting myself some leeway on a few of these. Drop by anytime!
DeleteJust checking in. So far I'm two for two. I did not get in a full extra hour of sleep, but I was in bed before 9:30 p.m. Today I made my list of 10 things I am grateful for. I could have gone on for pages. I'm feeling very blessed. Thanks for the exercise.
DeleteWonderful progress!!! I will be journaling my ten things tonight and sharing tomorrow. Thanks for participating!
DeleteGood for you, Donna, for taking on this challenge. I have a Wellness Wednesday link up on November 14, and December 12 (the last two in 2018). Please feel free to join us and share how you're doing. #MLSTL
ReplyDeleteThank you, Natalie. I will try to remember that!
DeleteI love this! I'm not sure I have time to join in November, but I'm definitely going to look at your ideas and incorporate some into the next few weeks! Visiting from #MLSTL
ReplyDelete...and remember, you can start this any time you want. I picked November because it struck a note with me. Good luck!
DeleteI love it Donna and I'm pinning for future reference. I might even try to do it with you for November. I love a challenge and this one is just what I need at the moment. Thank you for sharing at #MLSTL.
ReplyDeleteI'm glad it pulled you in, too. I may not manage them all, but I know I can do most of them. Here's to our wellness!
DeleteDonna I love these - I've saved them and I'm going to print them out and do them in January while I'm on holidays. I'm planning on doing a great gratitude challenge over November and yours will be my next challenge.
ReplyDeleteMLST and I've shared on my SM :)
Awesome! It's so easy to make the daily graphics. Let me know if you want the blank template to use for your January dates!
DeleteI love this challenge Donna. Haven't 100% committed but quite keen. November could be tricky for me but will pin it for later. #MLSTL Shared on SM
ReplyDeleteRemember, you can chose any date you want to start and then, if you want, create your own daily graphics. I decided to do this and the next day, I decided to participate in NaNoWriMo (http://nanowrimo.org) - writing 50k words in 30 days (but I only have 20 days available to write). Yup, going to be busy!!
DeleteA fabulous idea Donna! Sharing for #mlstl
ReplyDeleteThanks, Debbie. I smile every time I look at the challenge.
DeleteSimple and profound. Reminds me of an advent calendar - but good for all seasons. #MLSTL
ReplyDeleteI agree and look forward to trying to hit all the targets in the challenge! Thanks for stopping by!
DeleteThis post came at absolutely the PERFECT time in my life. Pinning to #mlstl board and referencing constantly during the month of November! Thank you :)
ReplyDeleteWonderful, so happy to hear it! Good luck in your challenge!
