This one gave me pause. What hubby calls complaining, I call making a statement about something. He also says I'm more of a pessimist while I say I'm a realist. But I did try to not make realistic statements too often yesterday. LOL! So I say I almost made it. What about you?

Did I make my goal for yesterday?

I had the best intentions....honest! It meant setting my alarm. That was the easy part. The hard part was spending thirty minutes doing something I don't normally do - meditate. It felt odd. I rarely take quiet time out for anything. I used to but somehow got out of the habit. What about your? Do you meditate or pray on a regular basis? Was this an easy one for you to get done or did you struggle a bit like me?

I end up on a lot of newsletter lists, from other authors as well as signing up (sometimes unintentionally) for retail companies. Sometimes it's worth it to get a coupon for my next purchase and I just repeatedly delete the incoming emails. Yesterday I unsubscribed from half a dozen of those. Yay! Did you go through your email and unsubscribe from any?

20 Day Wellness Challenge Result: Nov 10 2018


Did I make my goal for yesterday?

Since we have changed our way of eating (WOE) to a low carb+high protein lifestyle, this was easy. As we lose weight we are constantly trying on things that no longer fit. We have opted to keep a few things up one size, just in case, but only things that are almost new or expensive. The rest are gone! For me, the latest was going through my long-sleeved shirts. I had done my other t-shirts last month but for some reason, just assumed all my long-sleeved shirts would still work. Wrong! What about you? Did you go through your closet, kitchen, utility room, garage in search of your ten things?
