I've been to three of them: Zion, Bryce Canyon, Arches. When Stu and I only had time for one, and planned to do it on the motorcycle, I told him Zion had to be it. Amazing scenery, especially on a bike!
Oh, I also highly recommend US 89 for a wonderful, scenic ride.
