20 Day Wellness Challenge Result: Nov 14 2018

Did I make my goal for yesterday?

I had the best intentions....honest! It meant setting my alarm. That was the easy part. The hard part was spending thirty minutes doing something I don't normally do - meditate. It felt odd. I rarely take quiet time out for anything. I used to but somehow got out of the habit. What about your? Do you meditate or pray on a regular basis? Was this an easy one for you to get done or did you struggle a bit like me?
