Did I make my goal for yesterday?
They call it practice because it's not a habit. In this case, it's a something I'd like to make a habit. So yes, I did work on this all day. I am an overthinker - always have been, always will be. Was I successful? Not completely, so I'm marking this as a partial but ongoing challenge. Are you an overthinker? Do you find yourself missing things, your mind in a whirl? How did you do yesterday?
