Did I make my goal for yesterday?
This is a tough one for me. I'm typically quite active on Facebook, checking in several times a day. Instagram, maybe once a day. Twitter, just via auto updates from various posts. I almost never visit or post manually. So yesterday my goal was to stay off Facebook all day. How did I do? Well, not so great. I did cut it back to once in the morning (to be sure my posts appeared and share them appropriately) and then I abstained until bedtime. For me, that is a HUGE accomplishment and a step forward. I will try to do that more often.
