20 Day Wellness Challenge Result: Nov 2 2018


Did I make my goal from yesterday?

While these are not new gratitude statements, they are genuine.
  1. I am grateful for my husband for more reasons than I could ever list.
  2. I am grateful for my kids, blood and extended family. I'm also very proud of them all.
  3. I am grateful to have a warm house with food on the table and clothes to wear.
  4. I am grateful for my wide-ranging friends, accumulated through the years from old school chums, to former co-workers, to motorcycling and RVing friends, to other authors, my fans and many more.
  5. I am grateful for my continuing good health.
  6. I am grateful for my two loving dogs who continue to entertain me every day.
  7. I am grateful for the adventures I have had in my life, both the good and the bad. They have made me the person I am today.
  8. I am grateful for the travel I've been able to do over the last fifteen years. I've seen and experienced so much more than many people.
  9. I am grateful for the simple things - coffee, a good book or movie, sunsets, the sound of rain.
  10. I am grateful for every day I get to wake up!

  1. What a beautiful list! I saw your photos of The Badlands. Looks like you took the entire loop and got to see a lot more than we were able to. I can't wait to go back!

    1. Thanks Amy. Yes, we spend a lot of time in the Badlands. It was perfect weather for a motorcycle ride that day, although it was hot (August). Thanks for stopping by!
